Customer Support Associate- This is an entry-level position, best suited for fresh graduates (B.Sc. or B.A. or BBA or B.Com or equivalent)

We are looking for a responsible and organized Customer Support Associate to support day-to-day coordination and operational activities. The candidate should be detail-oriented, have good communication skills, and be comfortable handling administrative and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily operational and coordination activities

Manage customer communication through phone, WhatsApp, and email

Maintain and update records, reports, and internal documents

Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts

Support scheduling, follow-ups, and task tracking

Assist in resolving customer queries and operational issues

Ensure smooth execution of assigned operational processes

Required Skills

Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English

Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills

Familiarity with MS Office and Google Workspace

Good organizational and multitasking abilities

Professional and polite communication style

Ability to manage work efficiently under deadlines

Qualifications

Any degree or equivalent qualification
