Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Associate (Tier 2)

Locations: Mumbai | Bangalore | Pune

Eligibility: Graduates & Undergraduates can apply - Freshers

Shift: US Rotational Shifts | Rotational Work Week (MonFri / TueSat / WedSun)


Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers.
  • Assist candidates with recruitment-related queries and self-service portal navigation.
  • Log and track cases using the ticketing system.
  • Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate teams.
  • Maintain SLA targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Perform customer verification as per company policies and GDPR guidelines.
  • Make outbound calls when required.
  • Update process documentation and knowledge base.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Basic knowledge of ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred), MS Office, and ERP systems.
  • Good technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
