Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support Associate (Tier 2)
Locations: Mumbai | Bangalore | Pune
Eligibility: Graduates & Undergraduates can apply - Freshers
Shift: US Rotational Shifts | Rotational Work Week (MonFri / TueSat / WedSun)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers.
- Assist candidates with recruitment-related queries and self-service portal navigation.
- Log and track cases using the ticketing system.
- Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain SLA targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Perform customer verification as per company policies and GDPR guidelines.
- Make outbound calls when required.
- Update process documentation and knowledge base.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Basic knowledge of ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred), MS Office, and ERP systems.
- Good technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
