Job Title: Customer Support Associate (US Shift | Work from Office)
Job Description:
We are hiring for the Customer Support team to manage customer queries, resolve issues, handle escalations, and provide effective resolutions while ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves maintaining service quality, closing complaints within defined SLA timelines, and supporting inbound sales through upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve customer queries through calls/chat/email.
- Handle customer escalations and complaints with appropriate resolutions.
- Ensure closure of faults and complaints within SLA timelines.
- Support inbound sales by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for issue resolution.
- Handle disputes professionally and effectively.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Strong problem-solving and dispute-handling ability.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
- Team player with adaptability and flexibility.
- Willingness to work in US shifts and Work from Office setup.
Eligibility:
- Experienced candidates with 3 months to 3 years of experience in Customer Support / Voice Process / International BPO / Customer Service can apply.
- Candidates with fluent English communication preferred.
