Role Description:

• This is a full-time, remote and on-site hybrid role for a Customer Support Associate based in Bengaluru.
• The Customer Support Associate will handle day-to-day interactions with guests online, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
• Responsibilities include responding to guest calls and messages, assisting with booking processes, supporting sales efforts, and maintaining comprehensive records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and managing Customer Experience to deliver high-quality service.
• Exposure to Sales processes and the ability to assist in converting inquiries to successful bookings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi and Kannada; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in the hospitality or travel industry is advantageous.

Requirements:
