Role Description

We are hiring a full-time Customer Success Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our products and services. Based on-site at our Gorakhpur location, you will be the first point of contact for queries, assist customers with onboarding, resolve issues promptly, and foster long-term relationships. You will proactively identify opportunities to improve client experiences, provide tailored solutions, and collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service excellence
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to effectively address customer concerns
• Knowledge of fintech products, income tax, and payroll processes is highly advantageous
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships, fostering trust and collaboration
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software
• Detail-oriented mindset for accurately addressing customer needs and resolving issues
• Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience in customer success or client relations
• Interest in finance, compliance, and technology-driven solutions is a strong plus
• Commitment to working on-site in Gorakhpur
