What Youll Do:
At AssessHub, once a deal is almost closed, this role takes over and ensures successful execution.
This role will own:
1.Client Requirement Understanding
2.Assessment Setup & Customization
3.Account Configuration
4.Trial & Pilot Execution
5.Client Training
6.Rollout Support
7.Ongoing Account Support
8.Internal Coordination
This is NOT a role for:
Ticket-based support profiles
Pure backend operations roles
Non-client-facing execution roles
This role is for someone who can:
Understand client needs and convert them into execution
Set up and configure SaaS workflows
Run pilots and solve implementation gaps
Train client HR teams confidently
Handhold clients through rollout and adoption
