Were Hiring Customer Success Manager
At Sollu, were transforming how hospitals and clinics connect with their patients through AI-powered communication & engagement tools.
We work with healthcare providers, helping them reduce no-shows, boost patient appointments, and deliver smarter care experiences and we are growing fast!
Experience: 26 yrs in Customer Success / Account Management (SaaS or HealthTech preferred)
What youll do:
- Own relationships with hospitals & clinics onboarding, training, adoption & renewals
- Help clients use our products to improve patient communication, patient engagement & ROI
- Drive usage, upsell new modules & identify growth opportunities
- Partner with Product & Tech teams to solve customer needs
- Be the trusted advisor for hospital administrators & CXOs
You should have:
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong client management & consultative skills
- Experience with enterprise or mid-market accounts
- Healthcare IT / SaaS / CPaaS background (bonus)
- Data-driven mindset & ability to show measurable value
