At Sollu, were transforming how hospitals and clinics connect with their patients through AI-powered communication & engagement tools.

We work with healthcare providers, helping them reduce no-shows, boost patient appointments, and deliver smarter care experiences and we are growing fast!


Experience: 26 yrs in Customer Success / Account Management (SaaS or HealthTech preferred)


What youll do:

  • Own relationships with hospitals & clinics onboarding, training, adoption & renewals
  • Help clients use our products to improve patient communication, patient engagement & ROI
  • Drive usage, upsell new modules & identify growth opportunities
  • Partner with Product & Tech teams to solve customer needs
  • Be the trusted advisor for hospital administrators & CXOs


You should have:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong client management & consultative skills
  • Experience with enterprise or mid-market accounts
  • Healthcare IT / SaaS / CPaaS background (bonus)
  • Data-driven mindset & ability to show measurable value
