About the Role

As a Customer Success Intern, you will be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional user

experience, ensuring our learners get the most out of Airlearn. Working from our office based

out of Bangalore, you will support global customers, helping them navigate the platform, resolve

issues efficiently, and maximize their language learning journey. This role is ideal for a proactive,

empathetic, and data-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is

passionate about customer satisfaction and engagement.


Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their concerns are addressed

swiftly and effectively.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, proactively identifying opportunities to

enhance their experience.

Gather user feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement, collaborating

with product and content teams to implement solutions.

Track and analyze customer satisfaction metrics to measure impact and report insights

to leadership.

Provide actionable recommendations to improve service delivery and customer success

initiatives.

Work closely with content, product, and engineering teams to align customer experience

with business goals.

Participate in strategic initiatives to enhance customer engagement and learning

outcomes.

Advocate for users internally by sharing valuable feedback to shape future updates and

features.

Strong command of English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing customer behavior and engagement

metrics.
