Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Success Executive who will play a key role in engaging with clients, supporting participants, and strengthening relationships within the SPANDAN community.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries, guiding users about SPANDANs initiatives and programs, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through calls, messages, emails, and online platforms.
  • Explain SPANDANs initiatives, training programs, workshops, and community offerings to clients.
  • Assist customers with onboarding, registrations, and program-related guidance.
  • Resolve customer concerns and provide timely support.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Regularly follow up with participants to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and mentors for smooth communication and service delivery.
  • Maintain records, reports, and customer databases using MS Office tools.
  • Support customer retention and community growth initiatives.
  • Gather customer feedback and share improvement suggestions with management.




Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Comfortable working in a remote/WFH environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain professionalism.
  • Basic understanding of online meeting platforms like Zoom/Google Meet is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Client Relationship, Telecalling, or Service roles will be an advantage.
  • Passion for education, community building, women empowerment, parenting, or child development initiatives is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, empathetic, and proactive personality.
