Role Overview

We are hiring a high-energy Customer success Executive who understands the stock market and can confidently engage with clients, explain strategies, and drive conversions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys:

• Talking markets
• Closing deals
• Building long-term client relationships

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition

• Connect with inbound leads and convert them into paying clients
• Pitch investment products and research services confidently

Consultative Selling

• Understand client goals and recommend relevant strategies
• Simplify complex market concepts into clear value

Relationship Management

• Build long-term trust with clients
• Drive repeat business and upselling

Revenue Ownership

• Achieve monthly targets
• Manage pipeline and conversion metrics

Market Awareness

• Stay updated on stock market trends, trading strategies, and SEBI regulations

CRM Discipline

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and closures

What Were Looking For

• 13 years experience in sales / financial services
• Strong understanding of:
• Equity markets
• Basic derivatives
• Trading/investing concepts
• NISM certification (good to have, not mandatory)
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Target-driven mindset

Bonus If You Have

• Experience in stock broking / advisory / fintech
• Passion for trading or investing personally
