Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions. Assist customers with insurance policies and claims. Deliver excellent customer experience through effective communication.
Responsibilities

- Identify issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth resolution
- Maintain proper documentation of interactions
Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Success
- Voice support experience is mandatory
- Experience in B2B2C environments is preferred
- Exposure to health insurance/healthcare is an added advantage
Required Skills
- Ability to manage high-volume interactions
- Strong communication with empathy and patience
- Ownership mindset with a proactive approach

Salary Slab 4 to 6 LPA
5 days Work From Office (Bangalore), 8-hour rotational shifts (No night shifts), Weekly rotational offs.
