The Customer Success team plays a key role in delivering a seamless experience to customers by handling queries, resolving issues related to insurance policies and claims, and ensuring high-quality support.

Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions. Assist customers with insurance policies and claims. Deliver excellent customer experience through effective communication.


Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions
  • Assist customers with insurance policies and claims
  • Deliver excellent customer experience through effective communication
  • Identify issues and provide appropriate solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth resolution
  • Maintain proper documentation of interactions



Qualifications

  • 13 years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Success
  • Voice support experience is mandatory
  • Experience in B2B2C environments is preferred
  • Exposure to health insurance/healthcare is an added advantage



Required Skills

  • Ability to manage high-volume interactions
  • Strong communication with empathy and patience
  • Ownership mindset with a proactive approach

Salary Slab 4 to 6 LPA

5 days Work From Office (Bangalore), 8-hour rotational shifts (No night shifts), Weekly rotational offs.
