Customer Success / Calling Associate (IT Sales & Software Projects)

Zenia Mobile India Private Limited is a software development company specializing in Websites, Web Applications, Mobile Apps, ERP/CRM Solutions, and AI Development Services. We work with startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients across supply chain, manufacturing, healthcare, retail, and eCommerce.

We are looking for a Customer Success / Calling Associate for immediate joining to help engage prospects, handle calling activities, qualify leads, and bring potential clients onto meetings.

• Make calls to prospects and leads regarding our software services via CRM.
• Introduce services related to:
• Website Development
• Web Application Development
• Mobile App Development
• ERP/CRM Solutions
• AI Development Services
• Handle LinkedIn-generated leads and follow-up calls
• Qualify interested prospects and schedule meetings for the senior team
• Follow up consistently with prospects
• Support initial client communication and relationship building

• 03 years experience (Freshers/Interns with strong communication may apply)
• Excellent English communication skills are a must
• Prior calling, telecalling, customer success, or sales experience preferred
• Exposure to IT sales or software projects is a plus
• Comfortable speaking with business clients over calls
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn leads and CRM tools is preferred
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills

• Salary: 15,000 20,000 per month
