Job Description

Expectations: Expertise in Product Support in India (experience in Education is a strongPlus) Demonstrate expertise in Customer management at various levels Outstanding Communication Skills A go-getter with the ability to ensure customer satisfaction Travel within India and International travel as needed

Responsibilities: Manage and deliver support services Execute the Implementation/Support Services as per the defined processes Get Milestone Sign offs in a timely manner on the implementation and support Ensure Accounts Receivable for the respective accounts is efficient and achieved as per the Invoicing Schedule


Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage


Please note that this job involvestravelling to client locations on a regularbasis.
