Job Details:
- Role: Customer Support Executive (Email)
- Shift: 24/7 Rotational (5 Days Working | 2 Days Off)
- Location: TIPCO Plaza, Malad East, Mumbai (Work from Office)
What will you do? You will be helping customers resolve unauthorized transactions via email, investigating the "who, where, and how" of transactions, and ensuring bank accounts remain secure.
Who Can Apply?
- Education: Any Graduate (2023, 2024, 2025 batches preferred).
- CIBIL Score: Must be 670+ (Clean financial record is mandatory).
- Skills: Strong professional English, sharp eye for detail, and 30 WPM typing speed.
