Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives for a Chat Process handling Debit & Credit Card queries. The role involves assisting customers with their concerns through chat in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries related to debit and credit cards via chat support
- Provide accurate information regarding transactions, card usage, billing, and services
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and within defined timelines
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
- Follow company policies and compliance guidelines

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
