Job Overview:


We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives for a Chat Process handling Debit & Credit Card queries. The role involves assisting customers with their concerns through chat in a timely and professional manner.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries related to debit and credit cards via chat support
  • Provide accurate information regarding transactions, card usage, billing, and services
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and within defined timelines
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
  • Follow company policies and compliance guidelines


Skills Required:

  • Strong written communication and comprehension

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
