Job Description Customer Support Executive (US Utility Voice Process)

Process Type: US Utility Voice

Work Schedule: 5 Days Working (Including Night Shifts)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in international voice process
  • Graduate / Undergraduate candidates are eligible
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound voice calls for US utility customers
  • Address and resolve customer queries effectively
  • Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to defined process guidelines and compliance standards
