Customer Support Executive International Voice/Chat Process
Location: Pune
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift: Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts)
Joining Preference: Immediate Joiners
About the Role
We are seeking dynamic and customer-centric professionals to join our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently across multiple channels.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Resolve customer concerns while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address customer issues effectively.
- Adhere to service quality standards, productivity metrics, and company policies.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication.
