Job Description
We are on the lookout for competent Customer Service Representatives who possess the four skills that define a good speaker: GRAMMAR, VOCABULARY, PRONUNCIATION and FLUENCY, to undertake the task below.
Be it an automobile or a property claim, when a consumer suffers a loss, our Customer Service Representatives are frequently the first to respond.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Customer Service Representatives at webappclouds.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction by listening to the caller and making sure that literal data is entered to process a claim by upholding a high standard of phone etiquette.

Prior experience in customer service would be of value
Knowledge of claims and insurance would be a plus
