Job Description

Job Title: US Calling Executive / Customer Support Executive

Location: Thane (Waghale Estate Co-working Space)

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced US Calling Executive to handle outbound/inbound calls for our international clients. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in US-based processes and be comfortable working in night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound and/or inbound calls with US-based clients/customers
  • Maintain clear and professional communication
  • Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain call records and update CRM systems
  • Achieve daily/weekly performance targets

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Mandatory: Prior experience in US calling / international process
  • Location Requirement: Candidate must be a resident of Thane or nearby areas
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Comfortable working in US shifts (night shift)

Compensation:

  • Salary up to 50,000 per month (Maximum 6 LPA)

Work Environment:

  • Work from office (Co-working space) in Waghale Estate, Thane
  • Collaborative and growth-oriented environment

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
