Location: Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata

Work Mode: Work From Office

Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts (9.5 hrs) | 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week-offs

Role & Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via chat.
• Resolve customer issues and escalations

Eligibility

Graduates and candidates pursuing graduation can apply.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Good English communication skills are required.

Must be comfortable working in rotational and night shifts.

Salary

• Base Salary CTC: Approx. 28000/month
• In-hand: Approx. 23,000/month
• Statutory Bonus: Approx. 2,000/month
