Job Role: Customer Care Executive (Domestic process, Inbound)

Location: Kolkata, Salt Lake sector v

Job Type: Full-time (Work From Office)

About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our

team as Customer Care Executives. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible

for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via inbound calls/chats and

handle escalation cases.

Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via calls and chats

- Providing product/service information to customers

- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets

- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions

- Collaborating with team members to achieve team goals

Requirements:

- Minimum 12th pass qualification

- Fresher and experienced both can apply

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in English.

- Comfortable in hardcore night shift & 24*7 rotational shift timing.

Shifts: 24*7 (rotational) shift timings

-9.5 hours rotational shifts, including night shifts

-5 days working

-2 days rotational week-off

Transportation: One-sided pickup or drop for odd hour shifts

Salary:

For English: 19kCTC, 15k in hand

For Hindi: 14kCTC, 11k in hand
