What Youll Do:
- Handle customer inquiries via calls & chats
- Provide product/service information
- Resolve escalation cases with empathy
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve goals
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum 12th pass qualification
- Fresher or experienced both welcome!
- Excellent English communication skills
- Comfortable with night shifts
Salary Highlights:
- Chat Process: 26k CTC (19k in hand + 2500 PLI)
