Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Care Executives for a Work From Office role in Mohali. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. This role is ideal for candidates who are flexible with shifts and eager to build a career in customer support.

Salary & Benefits

  • In-hand Salary: 30,000 per month
  • Additional Allowance: 1,700 per month (added after completion of 3 months)
  • Other benefits and incentives as per company policy

Work Schedule

  • Rotational Shifts
  • Must be flexible to work night shifts as well
  • 5 days working with rotational weekly offs

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions via calls/chat/email professionally
  • Address customer queries, concerns, and service requests
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to process and quality guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Graduate (any stream)
  • Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and night shifts
  • Immediate joiners preferred
