Salary & Benefits
- In-hand Salary: 30,000 per month
- Additional Allowance: 1,700 per month (added after completion of 3 months)

Work Schedule
- Rotational Shifts
- Must be flexible to work night shifts as well
- 5 days working with rotational weekly offs
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions via calls/chat/email professionally
- Address customer queries, concerns, and service requests
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Adhere to process and quality guidelines
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate (any stream)
- Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and night shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred
