Customer support Executive Non Voice (Chats & Emails)

Location: Malad, Mumbai

Shift: Rotational Shifts

CTC:

  • Experienced: 4,32,000 PA (Min 6 months Exp Required)

Role Overview:

Handle nonvoice fraud and risk operations through chats and emails. The role involves transaction monitoring, data verification, and identifying suspicious activities while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze transactions for fraud risks
  • Verify customer and transaction data
  • Handle customer queries via chat and email
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow risk guidelines

Eligibility & Skills:

  • Graduate (any stream)
  • Freshers & experienced candidates welcome
  • Typing speed: 32 WPM with 90%+ accuracy
  • Basic computer & MS Excel knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail
