Fraud and Disputes
- Customer service for queries regarding debit/credit card fraud
- Chat Process
- 5 days working and any 2 rotational offs
- Shift Window: 24/7
- Job Location: TIPCO Plaza
- Assessments: AMCAT & Typing
- WriteX: 55
- Typing: 30 WPM, 90% accuracy
