Job Description

Hiring: Customer Care / Product Support Executive (Voice Support)

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite) (Local to Hyderabad)

Shift: US Shift

Experience: 19 Years

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Care / Product Support Executive with strong voice support experience to handle customer queries, resolve issues, and deliver excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling inbound/outbound calls and providing end-to-end support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer interactions primarily through voice support (calls)
  • Respond to customer queries and provide accurate resolutions
  • Troubleshoot basic product or service-related issues
  • Maintain proper case/ticket documentation
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT)
  • Follow process guidelines, quality, and compliance standards

Required Skills:

  • 19 years of experience in Customer Care / Voice Support / Product Support
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & listening)
  • Ability to handle customer queries professionally
  • Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or ticketing systems (preferred)
  • Willingness to work in onsite and shift-based environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate (any stream)
  • Experience in SaaS / Product-based company (added advantage)
  • Good typing and documentation skills
