• Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Strong focus on enhancing Customer Experience and ensuring positive interactions
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage
