Required Skills

-Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills

-Basic Working Knowledge of Computers

-Good understanding of Microsoft Excel

-Comfortable working in rotational shifts (Day/Night)

Key Responsibilities

-Provide 24*5 Training Administration support to global customers

-Assist customers with training administration issues through email/support channels

-Provide resolutions and training scheduling options

-Gather and document issue-related information

-Perform detailed case analysis and generate tickets in the system

-Generate daily/weekly reports using Microsoft Excel

-Perform training management activities on Learning Management Systems (LMS)

-Freshers only

-Rotational Day/Night Shifts

-Night Shift Allowances will be provided

-Both-side cab facility available with no deductions (subject to hiring zone eligibility)
