Role Overview

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support and ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain strong customer relationships
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Positive and patient attitude
  • Prior experience in customer service is an advantage
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent

Salary & Benefits

  • CTC Range: 26,000 38,000 per month
  • Additional night shift allowance (40/hour extra)
  • Free meals during shifts
  • Cab facility provided
  • Accommodation provided for 5 days upon relocation
