We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our client's team as a Card Authorization / Merchant Support Executive.
- Location: Bangalore
- Experience: 0 - 4 Years
- Employment Type: Contractual (9 Months)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle international/MB cardholder charge approval requests from merchants
Provide support for POS terminal and transaction-related issues
Assist merchants with troubleshooting and transaction processing
Coordinate with authorization unit teams for smooth operations
Ensure timely resolution of merchant queries
Skills Required:
Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Basic computer knowledge
Customer service & problem-solving skills
Banking/BPO/payment support experience preferred
