Mumbai (Onsite Malad) Full-time 13 years Up to 35K/month + performance bonus

This is not a passive support role. We believe that Fitness journey is emotional and not transactional, and you'll be the person members lean on.
What you'll do
- Be the primary point of contact for members across their fitness journey
- Lead chat-based communication, check-ins, concerns, renewals, nudges with empathy and clarity
- Build relationships that improve retention, trust, and engagement
- Spot patterns in member concerns and flag improvements proactively
- Represent the brand voice: calm, supportive, science-backed, honest
What we're looking for
- Strong communication skills (English + Hinglish)
- High emotional intelligence with patient with sensitive conversations
- Structured and dependable, which can hold context across multiple chats
- Problem-solver who tries to resolve before escalating
- Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, CRMs, and dashboards
You'll stand out if you've
Handled community management, customer success, or member support (1+ year)
Worked on renewals, churn, or retention workflows
Have a personal or professional understanding of fitness or wellness
