Job Description
Role: Customer service (Chat process)
CTC Offered: 25k (Freshers)
Additional perks: 5k night allowance + Travel allowance OR Drop facility
Duties & Responsibilities
Engage with customers via live chat to provide prompt and accurate assistance
Address queries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience
Amend customer bookings as per requests while following company policies
Identify and resolve complaints, escalating complex issues when required
Communicate with clients via Teams for updates, queries, and feedback
Required Skills
Good command of English with strong communication skills
Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office, email drafting, and reporting
Typing speed of 40 WPM with high accuracy
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Good time management and prioritization ability
Attention to detail with an analytical approach
Candidate should be comfortable doing rotational shifts
Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of airline/hotel contract terminology
Prior experience in airline or hotel reservation roles (preferred)
Educational Qualifications
Graduate in any field
B.Com / BBA / BA / Travel & Tourism Management preferred
