What You'll Do

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries acrossemailanddirect messages(Instagram, WhatsApp, or platform DMs) in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain and update CRM records track conversations, tag leads, and keep customer data clean and organized.
• Follow up with customers post-purchase or post-interaction to ensure satisfaction and build brand loyalty.
• Identify patterns in customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve products and messaging.
• Help draft and send outreach emails or DM campaigns to engage our existing customer base.
  

What We're Looking For

• Strong written communication skills you can strike the right tone whether it's a formal email or a casual DM.
• Organized and detail-oriented comfortable managing multiple threads and conversations at once.
• Empathetic and customer-first mindset you genuinely care about the people you interact with.
• Basic familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Freshchats, Freshworks) is a plus but not required.
• Available to commit consistently we value reliability over experience level.
