Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Salary: Starting from 50,000/month (based on experience & interview)

Working Hours: 09:00 AM 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) | Sunday Off

About the Role

We are looking for a well-presented, customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to deliver a premium service experience in the luxury automotive segment.

As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless communication, efficient service coordination, and an exceptional customer journey aligned with luxury brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer interactions (walk-ins, calls, and queries)
• Manage service bookings, follow-ups, and client communication effectively
• Build and maintain strong relationships with premium & high-value clients
• Coordinate with the Operations Head and service teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Ensure a seamless experience from vehicle drop-off to delivery
• Keep customers updated on service status, timelines, and costs
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally
• Identify opportunities for upselling services and AMC packages
• Maintain proper documentation and adhere to brand and grooming standards

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, professional, and polished personality
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of automobile service processes
• Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or automobile industry
• Experience with luxury brands or premium clientele is highly preferred
• Passion for luxury automotive industry
• Positive attitude with a strong customer-first mindset
• Ability to confidently handle high-end clients with professionalism and etiquette
