Customer Relations Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the property buying journey.
• Handle customer queries, request and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with sales, projects, legal, finance and hand over teams to ensure timely customer support.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, documentaion, payment schedules and possession timelines.
• Manage customer meetings, site visits and hand over processes.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare MIS reports.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and build long term relationships.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 3-5 years of customer relation experience preferably in real estate, builder or developer industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem solving and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS office and CRM softwares is an advantage.
