RepuNEXT is looking for a confident and well-presented Client Relations Executive to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle clients professionally.

Role Responsibilities:

Handle front office and reception-related coordination

Attend enquiry calls and follow up with potential clients

Manage client communication and client servicing

Coordinate client meetings and office visits

Support business development activities

Assist during events, exhibitions, and promotional activities

Maintain a professional and welcoming client experience

Candidate Requirements:

Good communication skills in English and Tamil

Pleasant personality and professional appearance

Confidence in speaking with clients and visitors

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to manage calls, meetings, and follow-ups
