We are hiring aFrench-speaking Customer Relations & Sales Executiveto support and drive sales within our Property Development & Construction Division.

This is aperformance-driven rolefor individuals who are confident handling clients, managing leads, and converting opportunities into results.

• HandleFrench- and English-speaking clients(calls, messages, follow-ups)
• Manage and convertsales leads into confirmed clients
• Conduct structured and consistentfollow-ups
• Coordinate withreal estate agents and internal teams
• Identify client needs and present relevant opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and transactions
• Resolve client issues quickly and professionally
• Drive bothcustomer satisfaction and sales performance

• Fluent French (minimum B2 level must handle calls confidently)
• Strongspoken and written English
• Experience incustomer relations, telesales, or client-facing roles
• Proven ability tohandle clients and convert or close leads
• Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
• Comfortable working in atarget-driven, fast-paced environment

• Confident, persuasive communicators
• Individuals who take ownership andfollow through until results are achieved
• Strong work ethic andperformance mindset
• Ability to handle pressure, volume, and client expectations

• Candidates with basic or weak French
• Individuals looking for passive or support-only roles
• Those uncomfortable with targets, follow-ups, or sales accountability

Salary: USD 900 per month (Tax-Free)

• Includes Food Allowance (USD 100)
• Accommodation Allowance (USD 200)

Performance incentives with uncapped earning potential high performers can earn $1,300+ per month based on sales conversion
