Location: Jaipur

Join our team as a CRE Telecaller and play a key role in guiding candidates toward solar training programs and career opportunities.
What Youll Do:
Handle inbound & outbound calls for solar training courses
Explain course details (Basic, Advanced, Installer, Supervisor levels)
Counsel students & professionals on career opportunities
Follow up with leads via calls & WhatsApp
Share course brochures, batch details & fee structure
Maintain data in CRM / Excel
Schedule demo classes & counseling sessions
Coordinate with trainers & admissions team
Achieve daily calling & enrollment targets
What Were Looking For:
Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple way
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp)
Strong convincing skills with a student-friendly approach
Interest in solar / renewable energy
Eligibility:
10+2 or Graduate in any stream
0.6 2 years experience in telecalling / counseling preferred
