Role Description

The Customer Delight Representative will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, analyzing customer feedback, and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience. This is an on-site internship role based in Bengaluru, offering hands-on experience in delivering outstanding service to customers.
