Job Description: Customer Delight Associate

We are looking for young talents to join us as Customer Delight Associate who can be at the forefront in ensuring best customer service and exceptional customer experience Classplus/Testbook. Thisll be an individual contributor role as a support agent. When it comes to support we're all about creating exceptional customer experiences because delighted customers are our greatest advocates.

As the primary point of contact for our customers, we expect the ideal candidate to embody these qualities and skills:

Excellent Communication Skills: Able to clearly and effectively communicate with customers via phone, email or chat.

Customer-Centric Attitude: Demonstrates a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and has a friendly, positive demeanor.

Product Knowledge: Has a thorough understanding of the companys products and services to provide accurate information to customers (Dont worry well teach you!)

Technical Proficiency: We dont need you to code but we do need you to click some harmless buttons while assisting our customers!

Problem-Solving Abilities: Able to handle complaints and difficult situations, providing effective and quick solutions.

Empathy and Patience: Shows understanding and patience when dealing with customer issues, ensuring a calm and reassuring approach.

Multitasking Skills: Capable of handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously without compromising on quality.

Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in all customer interactions and data points..

Adaptability: Flexible and able to adapt to changing customer needs and company product updates.

Feedback Handling: Able to accept and implement feedback to improve service quality.

Language Skills: Should be decent in English and Hindi (Vernacular is an added bonus) Seeking candidates with experience of 0-3 years. Note: This is Full time WFO role from our Noida office
