- Reply to Instagram messages, customer mails, and calls
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and coordinate with the internal team
- Ensure smooth customer support and customer satisfaction
- Maintain proper communication with customers regarding orders and updates
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer support/customer care experience is an advantage
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills
