About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic associate to manage customer queries and order related issues. The primary responsibilities include servicing all customer queries and coordinating for the smooth delivery of orders received from customers. This role also requires some data entry work including filling in reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Servicing customer queries on all platforms such as phone, email, website chat and whatsapp

-Queries that will be handled will primarily be logistics related

-Escalate matters with the warehouse team and / or management as and when necessary

-Updating order related information in google sheets and customer support software

• Smoothing coordination of order processing

-Some orders will need to be verified with customers before processing o Working with customers and logistics team for smooth delivery of items

• Data entry

-Obtaining data from platforms like meta, google, amazon etc and populating it in google sheets.

Skills we are looking for

Hard Skills:

• Worked in customer service in the ecommerce space for 0 to 2 years
• Worked for a company that has shipped physical products and conversant with the basic logistics terminology
• Working knowledge of customer service activities
• Prior experience with smart phones and apps including Whatsapp and Instagram
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and the google suite of products.
• Strong command over written and spoken English
• Ability to carry out conversations in English, Hindi and Tamil

Soft Skills:

• Very well organized and process oriented
• At attitude to learn and being very, very customer centric Being patient and able to empathize with the customer
• Ability to multi task
