Hiring for the Role of Customer Care Executive (International Voice Process) with R Systems International Ltd

Job Location: Greater Noida West

Experience Range: 1- 4yrs

CTC Offered: 5.16lpa (including variables, 34k in hand)

Shift Timings: Night Shift, work from office role, both side cab facility to the hiring zones.

Hiring Zones: Noida, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida West, East Delhi& South Delhi

Job Responsibility:

Looking for the required information on different websites. In case of non- availability, need to call the service providers in US for getting the information

• US calling experience is a must
• Making Outbound calls to US B2B customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience in a utility process will be an added advantage.
• Open for working in night shifts & from office.
