Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Acquisition Specialist responsible for managing and responding to incoming leads from online portals. The role focuses on lead handling, client coordination, and supporting conversion through effective communication. This is a non-target-based role and does not involve cold calling or field sales.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to inquiries received through IndiaMART and TradeIndia
  • Communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements
  • Follow up on leads to support conversion into business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and client requirements
  • Ensure timely response to all incoming queries
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients


Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 13 years of experience in IndiaMART / TradeIndia handling or similar roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of lead management and customer handling
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems
