In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This position requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The role includes continuous evaluation of software performance and scalability to align with evolving business goals, while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team to deliver robust and efficient solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Application Packaging.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and customization options.
- Experience in managing and optimizing Salesforce environments for performance and scalability.
- Ability to design and implement complex workflows, validation rules, and automation within Salesforce.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
