Summary:
As an Engineering Services Lead, a typical day involves guiding and coordinating a team of engineers focused on creating innovative technical solutions that address complex challenges and support organizational goals. This role requires overseeing project progress to ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and cost efficiency. The position involves collaborating across various engineering disciplines such as manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, structural, and stress design. Additionally, the role includes managing resources effectively to support engineering and construction initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of technical expertise and project requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with project objectives.
- Monitor project timelines and resource allocation to ensure efficient delivery.
- Mentor junior engineers to foster professional growth and technical skill development.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to maintain clarity and transparency in project status.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- Experience with software customization and configuration management within engineering platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges in engineering projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Familiarity with project management principles and resource planning.
- Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
