Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software design and development.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Analytics Cloud.
- Strong experience in data integration and transformation techniques within analytics platforms.
- Ability to design and implement scalable analytics solutions that support complex business requirements.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data visualization and reporting tools.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing analytics workflows for performance and accuracy.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Analytics Cloud.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
