As a Custom Software Engineer, your day typically involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. You will engage in designing tailored software solutions that align with organizational processes and objectives. Throughout the day, you will participate in discussions to refine application requirements and contribute to the creation of effective and efficient software designs that support business goals. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that the applications developed are well-suited to meet the evolving demands of the business environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Assist in the documentation and communication of application design specifications.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve application performance and user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development.
- Experience in designing and developing cloud-native applications using SAP Business Technology Platform.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and deployment processes within SAP environments.
- Ability to integrate various SAP services and APIs to build scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with development tools and frameworks relevant to SAP BTP.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
