Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications tailored to meet specific organizational needs. The engineer acts as the main liaison, overseeing the progress of projects, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless integration of solutions. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong expertise in application design, development, and configuration within the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow solutions with other enterprise systems and tools.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with IT service management best practices and frameworks to optimize service delivery.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain system reliability and performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
